For the best brewing results, we recommend:
Use two teaspoons of coffee in a coffee pot or a Turk, pour cold water (100-200 ml). Boil coffee on a small fire until the moment when the foam rises. Remove from heat and pour over the cups. Add sugar, milk to taste.
Method of preparation "in a cup" (per cup):
Put a full tablespoon of coffee in a cup. Pour boiling water (100-200 ml), stir and cover for a few minutes. Add sugar and milk to taste.
An opened bag of coffee is highly perishable, just like fresh product. Store your ground coffee in an airtight container at room temperature for no longer than a week. The trick is to keep it away from oxygen, light, heat, and moisture as much as possible.
